Types of Classes
Our classes are designed to build confidence, coordination and strength in a fun, supportive environment. We offer structured trampolining and climbing classes that cater to a range of ages and skill levels.
Our experienced instructors focus on developing strong foundational movement skills, progressing students safely through each level as their ability and confidence grow. Whether your child is just starting out or ready to refine more advanced skills, our classes provide a clear pathway for improvement and fun!
Learn to Fly
Our new “Levels” system teaches fundamental to advanced movement skills that will enable a confident little human. At Revolution we also place an emphasis on socialising and working together in all aspects of physical literacy.
Our classes are split into 3 categories: Beginner, Levels 1 & 2, Intermediate, Levels 3 & 4. With each progression, the participants are rewarded with a grade by our talented instructors.
Learn to Climb
Perfect for beginners and those looking to build their skills, these sessions focus on:
- Climbing technique and movement fundamentals
- Grip strength and body positioning
- Problem solving and route progression
- Confidence at height
With our floor-to-ceiling climbing walls and Auto Belay systems, students can focus on developing their skills safely while challenging themselves on a variety of routes.
Whether you/your child is brand new to climbing or building on existing experience, our climbing classes are designed to encourage progress, resilience and a love of movement.

Beginner Trampolining
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 4–5pm
Intermediate Trampolining
Monday 5–6pm
Rock Climbing
Wednesday 4–5pm
Spots are limited & bookings are essential.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class time.
Skills
The skills we teach are taken from gymnastics, trampolining and functional fitness. Participants will be exposed to safe risk to enable their progress through the levels and they will be taught how to strengthen their bodies to bolster their confidence, along with their growing skillset.

Trampolining
We teach bounces, shapes, twists and front & back skills.

Tumbling
Learn to launch into Handsprings, tucks & rolls, handstands.

Strength & Flexibility
A focus on a Strong core, mobile spines, and a lot of bilateral strength movements.

How to land safely and how to exit a variety of movements
Classes & Levels
Beginner Class
Levels 1 & 2
Our beginner classes introduces athletes to the fundamental gymnastics movements and shapes that will be the key to progressing to higher level skills such as saults. From learning front and back landings, cartwheels and handstands, athletes will develop a great range of flexibility, strength and balance whilst their love for bouncing continues to grow.
Intermediate
Levels 3 & 4
In our intermediate classes, we upgrade from handstands to handsprings and from rolls to front and back saults. Within this level athletes can gain confidence in their abilities as their aerial awareness continues to develop and skills are constantly advancing.
Rock Climbing Class
Wednesday 4–5pm
Surrounded by floor to ceiling climbing walls that offer an endless amount of routes and challenges for all difficulties. Our climbs are all Auto Belay, so you don’t have to worry about having a partner to hold you up!
